My family and I have been bringing our cats to East Maiden for decades. They've always had excellent Dr's and staff and yesterday's visit was no exception. Dr. Clermont was patient and thorough with both my cat and myself, for being a nervous cat Mom. He both emailed and printed out info to give me guidelines for her asthma. He explained what she needed, where to get the products and how to use them. He and Brittany were so gentle with her, and yes of course my little lady is feisty so it was a treat to see her handled so well. I don't remember the name of the lady that checked us out but, she was also a delight to speak to about how the place has changed over the years. The resident cats may have changed but the service is always exceptional!

Took the best care of my beloved Tanner aa best as anyone eles. Taught me things about him I didnt no he was capable of. And stood by my side the whole time making the hardest choice of my life, with no pressure at all. I will know and forever vote for the woman at this clinic !

They are so great with my dog even tho it stresses her out to be near someone she doesn't know. She just barks but they are so good with her.

Have been to several other animal clinics over the years. East Maiden is one of the best. I trust this place with the care of my animals

We have been taking our dogs here since 1990. We have always trusted them with our dogs and know they are in great hands. The Doctors are top notch and their staff is outstanding. You are treated with respect and they truly care.

EMAC has been treating our dog for the past few months for recurring urinary issues. It was actually the doctor’s idea to have us come in and talk over what our next steps should be with him in person instead of just continuing to throw medications at the “problem.” My husband and I were so grateful that he spent the time with us explaining what testing had been done so far and why and what he felt we should do next. It was a pleasant surprise to not feel rushed and he was very patient with us and all our questions. Then, when we were done, we didn’t have a charge for an office visit. That has NEVER happened with any place in the past where we’ve taken our many animals over the years. All staff we’ve dealt with at both the Washington location and their McMurray facility have been wonderful. We would highly recommend them.

Gus LOVES Dr. Koch! (Well – Gus loves everyone, but especially Dr. Koch!) He really likes to go to the vet.
