The clinic will be modifying our hours as follows: Monday-Friday 9am-1pm Saturday - 9am-12pm
We will be cancelling well/vaccines visits. We are doing our best to contact those with existing appointments. We will try to reschedule them as soon as we are able to. If you have a sick pet please give us a call, we will likely be able to see them on appointment. Upon arrival to the clinic, please call us and we can provide further assistance.
If you need to have medications refilled, please give us a call, we can get them ready for you as quickly as possible. We are suggesting for our clients to pay over the phone and then they can pick up their medications outside of the building. We are trying to control how many people are in and out of our building, so thank you for your cooperation!
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we are taking additional precautions to ensure that our clients and staff are as safe as possible. We encourage you to follow the guidelines set forth by medical experts such as hand washing and social distancing, and staying home when feeling unwell.
Our facility continues to employ important hygiene practices for the health of both pets and their families by sanitizing high-touch areas frequently. We have hand sanitizer and tissues throughout the building for use by staff and clients. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you require additional assistance.
In addition, we are asking that you minimize the number of people accompanying patients to an appointment and request that you remain seated in the exam room unless expressly asked to help with your pet’s exam.
Those clients who do come in showing signs of a respiratory infection may be asked to wear a mask and/or to allow us to take your pet to a separate area for examination. There will also be the option of staff meeting clients in the parking lot to bring pets inside the building for care.
During this time, we may experience necessary changes in our scheduling process and some existing appointments may need to be changed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
We thank you for entrusting us with the care of an important part of your family during this somewhat frightening and difficult time and will strive to provide the best services possible not only now, but long into the future.
Stay safe and healthy!
